No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for any of our services once they have been purchased. This includes social media management, website building, and app development services. All sales are final.
Exception: Negative Effect on Prospecting
While we cannot guarantee specific results from our services, we understand that our clients may have concerns about their effectiveness. If you believe that our services have had a negative effect on your prospecting efforts, you may request a review. To be eligible for a refund under this exception, the following conditions must be met:

- Timeframe: The request for a review must be made within 30 days of the service completion date.
